This page describes what this website actually does with data. It is written from the mechanisms in place, not from a template. If something here is unclear, ask through Help and contact.
There are no accounts, no logins, no cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts on this site. There is no mailing list. We count page requests in aggregate so we know whether anyone is reading, and that counting does not identify you.
These counters are daily totals held in Cloudflare Workers KV. They exist to answer "did anyone read this page", not to build a profile of anyone.
Some free files are served directly from this website. Requesting one does not require an email address, an account or a payment. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs under its own privacy policy; we do not add anything to them.
Checkout and file delivery are handled by Gumroad, which is a separate company and a separate data controller for that transaction. If you use it, Gumroad collects your email address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.
From Gumroad we can see the email address you provided, what you obtained, and the amount, because that is what lets us deliver a file again or answer a question about an order. We use it only for that. We do not add it to a marketing list, and there is no marketing list to add it to.
The membership is billed by Gumroad, monthly, and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. We do not hold your payment details.
We post on Bluesky and X. Anything you send us there is public and is governed by those platforms' policies, not this one.
Aggregate counters are kept as daily totals. Order records are kept as long as needed to support the order and to meet accounting obligations. Nothing is kept for profiling.
You can ask what we hold relating to an order, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted, through Help and contact. Where a record must be retained for accounting reasons we will say so rather than quietly keep it.
This site sells business tools and adult fiction. It is not directed at children.
If the mechanisms change, this page changes and the date above changes with it. The most likely future change is the addition of an email newsletter, which does not exist today; if it is added, it will be opt-in and this page will say so before it is used.
