If something you bought does not work, or a file will not open, write to us. A person reads every message.

What to include

• The product name, or the link you bought from.
• The email address on your receipt, so we can find the order.
• What you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.

Your download

Every purchase is delivered by Gumroad. Your receipt email contains a download link that stays available, so you can download again without buying again. If the link has expired or the email never arrived, check spam first, then write to us with the receipt email address and we will sort it out.

Files are ZIP, PDF, XLSX or CSV depending on the product. The listing page states the format before you buy. If a ZIP will not open, your device may be unpacking it incompletely - try a desktop computer, or tell us and we will send the contents another way.

Refunds

Each product page states its own refund terms, and those terms are what apply. If a file is broken or not what the page described, write to us and we will make it right.

Before you buy

Questions about what is inside a product, which format it comes in, or whether it fits your situation are welcome. Ask first - it is better than buying the wrong thing.
